Join Gene Kent as we walk along the shoreline of Hazelwood Lake looking for wetland plants, with particular focus on the Northern Blue Flag Iris. Rubber boots are required and insect repellent is recommended. To register, contact Gene Kent at kentgene@gmail.com. We will meet at the Hazelwood Lake Conservation Area at 10:30 am. If the weather is bad or heavy rain, the alternate date would be Sunday, July 10th.
