Field Trip – Nature’s Evening Choristers

Join George Holborn and hear the evening choristers at Mills Block Conservation Area on Saturday, May 9, 2026. This guided “family friendly” walk will take place at Mills Block Conservation Area starting at 8:00 pm. We will look and listen for frogs and other evening songsters.

Meet at the Mills Block Conservation Area parking lot. We will slowly walk approximately 3 km (on a very muddy trail) pausing often to listen and learn about the sounds we are hearing! Waterproof footwear (boots) and warm clothing is recommended. Bring a flashlight as the walk continues into dark.
